Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ameluno. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use Ameluno if you are prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Purpose of the service

Ameluno helps adults discover and communicate with people interested in international dating. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, identity, intentions, translation accuracy, travel outcomes, visas, relocation, or the conduct of any member.

3. Your account and profile

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your profile truthful and current. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles, misrepresent your age or location, or share an account. You grant Ameluno a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display content you submit only as needed to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable conduct

You may not use Ameluno to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, defraud, or harm another person. Sexual exploitation, trafficking, hate content, non-consensual intimate content, requests for money, investment schemes, spam, scraping, malware, and attempts to bypass safety or access controls are prohibited.

5. Messaging, translation, and safety

Messages may be processed to deliver conversations, support translation, prevent abuse, and investigate reports. Automated translations can be incomplete or inaccurate; consult a qualified human translator before relying on translated text for legal, medical, financial, travel, or immigration decisions. Never send money to someone you meet through the service. Use reporting and blocking tools when something feels unsafe.

6. International meetings and relocation

You are solely responsible for travel, meetings, immigration, visa, financial, and relocation decisions. Verify information independently, meet in public, tell someone you trust about your plans, and follow applicable laws. Ameluno is not an immigration, travel, legal, or matchmaking agency.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members, the service, or others. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security, or safety concerns.

8. Third-party services

The service may use or link to third-party providers, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, mapping, translation, and content services. Their own terms may apply. Ameluno is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Ameluno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by another member’s conduct. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Changes and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, and the effective date above will be updated.
